Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. seeks an Enterprise Implementation Services professional to lead complex client implementations from initiation through go-live and value realization. You will own the client experience, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our platform is configured to client needs.

The role emphasizes proactive risk management, thorough scoping, and hands-on training to enable clients to maximize ServiceTitan capabilities. Travel to client sites is required 20–30% of the time.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant work experience in client-facing, project management, SaaS implementation, or home services.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple tasks to completion.
• Ability to anticipate blockers and address issues proactively.
• Outstanding client relationship skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience helping others in the organization and taking ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects from initiation to close, as primary client contact.
• Partner with Delivery Manager to deliver on-time project phases and ensure long-term client success.
• Lead scoping and discovery to document business requirements.
• Deliver a configured ServiceTitan environment aligned with best practices.
• Conduct client training and create customized resources for client workflows.
• Identify and escalate implementation risks; collaborate to develop solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.
• Stay updated on new ServiceTitan features to maximize client value.
• Travel on-site to client locations 20–30% of the time.
