Job summary

Destination IT, LLC is seeking a ServiceTitan Manager to lead the ServiceTitan practice through growth and acquisitions. This highly visible role requires expertise in ServiceTitan along with operational fluency in HVAC and plumbing.

The candidate will mentor a growing team, define the long-term strategy for ServiceTitan, and ensure its integration within the enterprise. Occasional travel is needed, especially during integration periods.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceTitan experience as a configurator and operational owner.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or enterprise-hub consolidations with ServiceTitan.
• Proven ability to mentor junior analysts and lead teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the ServiceTitan practice with standards and governance.
• Lead on-site training and maintain SOPs for ServiceTitan.
• Scope and deliver integrations between ServiceTitan and other systems.
