Job summary

Paychex is reimagining how businesses manage their workforce by delivering payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services within a unified HCM platform. This role focuses on expanding the client base in Core Sales, HR Services Sales, or Major Market Sales to drive revenue and profits.

As a member of the Paychex team, you will leverage the Go-to-Market strategy to identify needs, present solutions, and build lasting relationships with decision makers.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in relevant professional sales.
• 5 years of experience in HCM industry.
• Experience carrying a sales quota.
• Driver's License required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• H.S. Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers’ needs and present the Paychex solution to key stakeholders and decision makers in person or virtually to increase revenue and market share.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals to end users.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources using telephone, direct mail, seminars, and current client visits to drive growth.
• Analyze customer needs and interests, determine suitable products, and refer to the appropriate party as needed.
• Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports by set deadlines.
• Expedite resolution of customer problems or complaints and project a positive corporate image.
