We are seeking a sales professional to grow the client base by selling Paychex HCM products and services, meeting with clients, and delivering tailored solutions using Salesforce CPQ.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in inside or outside B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients using referrals or self-generated leads and local programs.
• Meet with clients to learn about their business needs and how Paychex HCM solutions can help.
• Present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Prepare and present quotes using Salesforce CPQ.
• Negotiate and close sales; upsell and cross-sell HCM solutions.
• Coordinate with partners to resolve implementation issues and ensure smooth delivery.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on HCM solutions, services and processes.
