You will build trusted relationships with C-level executives, align Okta solutions to clients' business goals, and drive renewal and expansion opportunities. You will partner with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product to deliver measurable outcomes, manage proactive success plans, and represent the customer voice to influence product direction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or consulting role with large enterprises (SaaS preferred).
• Proven ability to manage C-level relationships and align technical goals with business value.
• Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer value by building trusted advisor relationships and aligning outcomes with business goals.
• Design and execute proactive success plans and strategic reviews with clear KPIs and timelines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product to resolve escalations and drive coordinated success motions.
• Represent the voice of the customer to drive continuous improvement and product feedback.
• Identify renewal risk and uncover expansion opportunities with internal partners.
• Guide customers toward adoption of new Okta features and capabilities.
