Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success or account management with enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to manage C-level relationships and strategic dialogues.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture customer and C-level relationships to understand goals and drive ROI.
• Design and execute proactive success plans and Strategic Business Reviews with KPIs.
• Champion customers internally and mobilize cross-functional partners to resolve escalations.
• Surface feedback that drives continual product and process improvements.
• Identify and communicate new products and features to drive adoption and value.
• Assess renewal risk and coordinate with internal teams to secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
