You will collaborate with account teams to understand business priorities, technology landscapes, and transformation agendas, translating them into measurable outcomes using our platform.

Qualifications

• Significant customer-facing technical experience with enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Ability to influence decisions and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise network, application, and security architectures.
• Deep knowledge of product suite and cloud landscape.
• Strong discovery, listening, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of SaaS value realization, renewals, and expansion.
• Willingness to travel extensively; Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own technical relationships and account strategy for strategic customers; align architecture and engagement plans to priorities.
• Build trusted relationships with technical and executive leaders; lead strategic discussions and reviews that connect technology to business outcomes.
• Design architectures and roadmaps for complex environments, identifying cross-platform opportunities.
• Lead discovery and technical validation with narrative demos, PoC plans, and objection resolution.
• Coordinate internal teams to support deployment, track outcomes, and address adoption risks.
• Connect adoption to retention, renewal, and expansion; identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Mobilize experts around customer priorities and share product feedback.
• Use AI and internal tools to improve research, analysis, and documentation.
• Develop and share technical resources and lessons learned for strategic accounts.
