Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
Commercial mindset with SaaS metrics understanding and enterprise sales experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management across C-level audiences.
Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for integration scripts and API connectors.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery with Account Executives and design bespoke architectures.
Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
Ensure alignment between customer goals and product roadmap across the relationship.
Carry a quota tied to new business and ongoing account growth; drive QBRs.
