Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Customer Engineer to bridge technical strategy and business value for enterprise clients across the GCC region. You will guide pre-sales validation, onboarding, deployment architecture, and lifecycle expansion, acting as the primary engineering contact with a quota-bearing role.

You will drive technical demonstrations, tailor migration and onboarding blueprints, and partner with Account Executives to own discovery, demos, onboarding, health, and expansion

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions/Customer Engineering, Services, Sales Engineering, or similar).
• Ability to white-board, design, and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures plainly.
• Strong consultative/advisory communication that translates tech into business value.
• Proven commercial mindset in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned contexts.
• Clear communication across hands-on engineers and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience across multiple internet/security domains is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery with Account Executives and map requirements to architecture.
• Own onboarding, health, risk and expansion strategy for customers.
• Lead quarterly business reviews translating platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
• Act as trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Leverage AI/automation to reduce repetitive tasks and focus on high-value design.
• Educate internal teams and customers with SOPs and best-practice guides.
