Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management).
• Ability to design and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures clearly.
• Excellent communication with both hands-on engineers and C-level executives.
• Proven track record in quota-bearing or revenue-aligned environments.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and translating business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery with Account Executives and map requirements to enterprise network/security architectures.
• Own onboarding, migration blueprints, and act as lead consultant for customer engineering teams.
• Drive quarterly business reviews to translate platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
• Act as a trusted advisor through onboarding, renewal, and expansion across the customer lifecycle.
• Leverage AI agents and workflows to automate routine tasks and accelerate value delivery.
• Partner with Enablement to publish SOPs and best practices and raise the technical baseline.
