Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Customer Engineer to bridge technical go-to-market strategy with business value. You will guide enterprise clients from pre-sales validation through onboarding, deployment, and expansion, operating as a quota-carrying technologist in a fast-paced AI-enabled environment.

You will own architectural design, security considerations, and deployment confidence while partnering with sales to ensure seamless customer journeys and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Architectural design experience in large-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Technical Validation: Lead technical deep-dive discovery, capture requirements, map customer infrastructure to fit-for-purpose architectures, define evaluation plans, deliver architectural diagrams and demonstrations.
• Customer Adoption & Value Realization: Oversee onboarding, design migration blueprints, partner with account executives for discovery, demos, onboarding, health and expansion.
• Commercial Accountability & Expansion: Carry a quota tied to new business and account growth, drive platform adoption and cross-sell opportunities, lead QBRs.
• Trusted Advisory: Maintain ongoing relationship with stakeholders, advise on architecture, security posture, and deployment confidence.
• AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: Leverage AI agents and LLMs to automate routine tasks and free time for strategic advisory.
• Education & Enablement: Create resources and SOPs, raise technical baseline across teams.
