Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Customer Engineer to guide enterprise clients from pre-sales validation through onboarding, deployment, and expansion. You will combine technical depth with business value, acting as a trusted adviser across the customer lifecycle.

You will own discovery, demos, onboarding, health monitoring, and growth strategy while leveraging AI-augmented workflows to reduce operational toil and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, etc.).
• Ability to white-board and design complex enterprise networks and security architectures.
• Excellent communication and the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Quota-carrying or revenue-aligned background in SaaS environments.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated breadth in multiple technical domains, including Internet fundamentals, security, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery, capture business requirements, and map architecture to fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Own onboarding, migration planning, and technical health across the customer journey.
• Drive quarterly business reviews translating platform value into ROI for executives.
• Maintain continuous customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Leverage AI-based workflows to automate routine tasks and free time for advisory work.
• Collaborate with Enablement to produce SOPs, best practices, and technical guides.
