Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Professional Services, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• Architectural mindset for white-boarding and designing enterprise network and security architectures.
• Excellent consultative and advisory skills translating technical concepts into business outcomes for engineers and executives.
• Commercial mindset with quota-carrying or revenue-aligned responsibilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• Broad technical breadth across at least four areas: Internet fundamentals, Security, Performance, AI proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive go-to-market strategy as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey.
• Bridge technical strategy and business value from pre-sales through onboarding, deployment, and expansion.
• Own discovery, demos, onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion plans with Account Executives.
• Lead quarterly business reviews translating platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
• Leverage AI agents and LLMs to automate routine tasks and free time for advisory work.
• Partner with Enablement to create SOPs, architectural guides, and technical resources.
• Travel up to 20–50% for customer meetings and events.
