Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar).
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud architectures and security from a technical advisory perspective.

Responsibilities

• Technical Validation: lead deep-dive discovery, capture business requirements, map infrastructure to fit for purpose architectures and solutions.
• Customer Adoption & Value Realization: oversee onboarding and ensure rapid time-to-value, guide customers through migration and optimization.
• Commercial Accountability & Expansion: carry a quota for new business and expansion, lead QBRs translating capabilities into ROI.
• Trusted Advisory: act as a trusted technical advisor through onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
• AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: leverage AI agents and LLMs to automate routine responses, provisioning, and documentation.
• Education & Enablement: collaborate to design resources, SOPs, and guides to raise technical baseline.
