Qualifications

Responsibilities

Technical Validation: lead deep-dive discovery, capture business requirements, map infrastructure to fit for purpose architectures and solutions.
Customer Adoption & Value Realization: oversee onboarding and ensure rapid time-to-value, guide customers through migration and optimization.
Commercial Accountability & Expansion: carry a quota for new business and expansion, lead QBRs translating capabilities into ROI.
Trusted Advisory: act as a trusted technical advisor through onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: leverage AI agents and LLMs to automate routine responses, provisioning, and documentation.
Education & Enablement: collaborate to design resources, SOPs, and guides to raise technical baseline.
