Job summary

Clutch is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of mid-market Credit Union customers, driving executive onboarding and ongoing value realization. This remote US role blends strategic advisory with hands-on adoption, enabling growth and long-term partnerships.

You will partner with product, implementation, and support teams to resolve challenges, lead executive reviews, and drive expansion opportunities across a small, travel-enabled portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Customer Success Manager or similar in SaaS/Fintech/consulting.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Proven success managing 10–20 complex B2B accounts with six figures ARR each.
• Executive presence and ability to guide senior stakeholders through onboarding and reviews.
• Comfortable pushing back with data-driven recommendations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 12–15 mid-market accounts and build executive sponsors relationships.
• Lead executive onboarding during implementations to align goals and success measures.
• Support adoption of core product capabilities and identify expansion opportunities.
• Complete onboarding for in-flight customers and transition to post-implementation success.
• Lead high-impact QBRs/EBRs with data-driven insights and collaborate with product/support/implementation to address challenges.
• Progress 4–5 qualified expansion opportunities with Account Executives and surface value through data.
