Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for Enterprise - East. This remote-friendly role is the primary post-sales contact for Enterprise customers, owning onboarding, implementation, adoption, and ongoing success.

You will partner with Solutions Architects, Tech Support, Product, Engineering and Sales to ensure value realization and long-term relationships. You will manage executive-level relationships, drive renewals and expansion, and advocate for customer needs while aligning

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in enterprise, customer facing roles across technical and business teams.
• Experience partnering with sales, solutions engineering, and product to drive outcomes.
• Demonstrates ownership and autonomy in managing complex customer portfolios.
