Job summary
GitLab is seeking a Strategic Account Executive for the FINS Enterprise team to help large, regulated organizations adopt and expand our AI-powered DevSecOps platform. You will lead multi-threaded deals across CI/CD automation, secure development, and infrastructure modernization, while building trusted long-term partnerships with C-level and senior stakeholders.

- Ability to guide complex DevSecOps and software delivery transformations.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle in large, complex enterprises.
- Provide account leadership in pre- and post-sales to drive value from GitLab's platform.
- Coordinate with architects, customer success, support, and partners to drive adoption and retention.
- Develop and execute structured account plans based on customer needs.
- Ensure successful rollout and ongoing adoption through regular business reviews.
