Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Strategic Account Executive for the FINS Enterprise team. You will drive large, complex B2B software sales, focusing on strategic enterprise prospects and customers, guiding them through DevSecOps transformations and adoption of GitLab’s AI-powered platform.

You’ll build and manage an enterprise pipeline, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and craft proposals that align with customer business goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for complex opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full sales cycle in large, complex enterprises across assigned accounts.
• Provide account leadership in pre- and post-sales to ensure customer value.
• Coordinate with Solutions Architects, CS, Support, and partners on account strategies.
