GitLab is seeking a Major Account Executive for the FINS Enterprise team to accelerate adoption of our AI-powered DevSecOps platform within large, regulated enterprises. You’ll guide prospects through complex deals, align both technical and business stakeholders, and position GitLab as a trusted, long-term partner.

In your first year you’ll build a healthy enterprise pipeline, create repeatable sales motions, and drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience driving complex B2B software sales cycles with large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic large prospects and customers as a trusted advisor throughout their DevSecOps journey.
• Drive the full sales cycle in large, complex enterprises, including prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing new opportunities across your accounts.
• Provide strong account leadership and direction in pre-sales and post-sales to ensure customers realize value from GitLab’s platform.
• Coordinate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Support, and channel partners to design and execute account strategies that drive adoption and retention.
• Develop and execute structured account plans based on customer business needs and multi-threaded stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure successful rollout and ongoing adoption through account management activities and regular business reviews.
