Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to own a broad portfolio of Enterprise customers in the USA, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion across your book. You will forecast renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and partner with Account Executives for larger deals.

You will manage a high-velocity renewal motion, staying proactive across many accounts, and ensuring customers realize value from TeamViewer’s IT, security, and remote-connectivity solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or a comparable customer-facing commercial role in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of carrying retention and expansion targets, not just managing relationships.
• Discipline to run a wide book with proactive renewal and expansion.
• Clear, direct communication with customers and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Own a broad book of Enterprise customers and drive adoption, renewals, and expansions.
• Forecast renewals accurately and capture early signals across your book.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives when needed.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting as a core habit.
