Job summary

TeamViewer seeks an Enterprise Account Manager to own a book of roughly 100 existing Enterprise customers across the Northeast, about $4M ARR, and be measured on adoption, renewals, and growth.

This is a high-velocity role with breadth over depth: renewals forecast, expansions, and collaboration with Account Executives to drive value quickly across the portfolio. Remote USA, travel up to 40%, competitive base with bonus/RSU and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or a comparable customer-facing commercial role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• A track record of carrying retention and expansion targets, not just managing relationships.
• The discipline to run a wide book — prioritizing across many accounts, not deep on a few.
• Clear, direct communication with customers and internal partners, especially at handoffs between teams.
• Comfort with CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting as a core habit.
• Experience selling or supporting IT, security, or remote-connectivity software.
• History of partnering with AEs or sales counterparts on larger deals.
• Multi-year and multi-product expansion experience.
• Required Travel: Up to 40% domestic

• Owns a book of roughly 100 existing Enterprise customers across the Northeast — about $4M in ARR.
• Measured on time to value, secure renewals, and upsell/cross-sell within the book.
• Maintain breadth across many accounts, ensuring proactive renewal and expansion across the relationships you hold.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to coordinate larger deals while keeping the rest of the book healthy.
