TeamViewer seeks an Enterprise Account Manager to own a large book of Northeast enterprise customers in a remote US capacity. You will drive adoption, renewals, and expansion across a roughly $4M ARR portfolio while coordinating with Account Executives on larger opportunities.

The role emphasizes proactive relationship management, accurate forecasting, and discipline in running a wide book of accounts. Travel up to 40% is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar role in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of retention and expansion targets.
• Ability to manage a wide book of accounts, prioritizing across many customers.
• Clear, direct communication with customers and internal partners.
• Experience with CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting as a core habit.

Responsibilities

• Own a large book of enterprise accounts, driving adoption and value realization.
• Ensure timely renewals and accurate forecast across the book.
• Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing customers.
• Partner with Account Executives on larger deals while maintaining ownership of the ongoing relationships.
