This Enterprise Account Manager role is remote, but candidates must reside in GA, MD, PA, NJ, FL, IL, WI, CO, or TX, and you will own the health and longevity of key client relationships.

You will bridge client visions with our recruitment outputs, lead strategic meetings, and guide a team of recruiters who handle most sourcing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or account management in the construction field.
• Strong ability to analyze recruitment data and translate it into actionable hiring insights for clients.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-stakes client relationships and navigating complex market challenges.
• Proficiency in optimizing job postings and adjusting sourcing strategies based on application flow.

Responsibilities

• Own the success and health of active clients to ensure consistent satisfaction and long-term partnership retention.
• Serve as the dedicated daily point of contact for clients, leading strategic meetings and providing transparent updates on hiring progress.
• Facilitate candor during pressing circumstances to ensure both the company and the client reach ultimate success.
• Lead difficult conversations that reset expectations or profiles when a search stalls to keep the partnership productive.
• Transform fuzzy client needs into sharp, executable briefs so the recruitment team can execute with precision.
• Step in with smart outbound sourcing or strategy adjustments only when data shows a role needs an extra push.
