Job summary

ConCntric is recruiting Account Executives to accelerate growth in SMB and mid-market segments. This remote role focuses on building relationships with contractors, developers, and builders, delivering demonstrations, and guiding decisions from discovery to close.

You will balance velocity and value across 50+ opportunities, work with modern sales tools, and participate in territory development. Compensation features a base salary of $75,000 plus $75,000 in commissions, targeting a $150,000 OTE

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales with quota attainment.
• Ability to prospect, develop, and close new business independently.
• Experience in high-velocity sales with multiple opportunities.
• Strong discovery and qualification skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage territory focused on SMB and mid-market construction segments.
• Execute full sales cycle from initial contact through closed business.
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations and address ROI.
• Navigate buying committees and manage 50+ opportunities.
• Exceed monthly/quarterly bookings targets.
