Job summary

ConstructConnect, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive, Mid-Market, to sell our cloud-based SaaS solutions to the commercial construction sector. You will demonstrate capabilities, manage CRM data, and collaborate with BDRs to close new business.

Responsibilities include product demos, maintaining a robust pipeline, and coordinating with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align goals and strategies. Remote role with occasional travel to the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years SaaS sales experience or 1+ year as ConstructConnect BDR.
• Proven track record in B2B sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CRM software proficiency (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Leverage consultative/solution based selling technique to position the value of our product to potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.
• Input and manage prospects and customer data using our CRM.
• Acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our suite of products – including ConstructConnect Project Intelligence, ConstructConnect Bid-Management, OnCenter, and Planswift, SmartBid, and iSqFt Bid Management.
• Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets, working directly with manager to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently following up with leads, nurturing relationships, and tracking opportunities through the sales process.
• Work closely with other departments, including Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitive landscape.
