Superior Skilled Trades seeks an energetic Account Manager to join our remote, US-wide sales team. This individual contributor role is focused on outside B2B staffing sales, managing client relationships in the construction sector, and driving growth with HubSpot-driven pipeline management.

You will prospect new business, cultivate contractors and subcontractors, and pursue quarter-over-quarter profitability while delivering exceptional service and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in Construction/Skilled Trades Staffing Sales.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and client management in construction.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and managing detailed client data.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategically generate and develop new customer accounts to boost revenue.
• Prospect for new business, manage a pipeline and sales funnel, and track activity using HubSpot.
• Cultivate relationships with contractors and subcontractors using outside and inside sales.
• Drive quarter-over-quarter growth and profitability, surpassing targets.
• Resolve customer inquiries and maintain steady engagement through proactive follow-ups.
