Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales quota through incremental opportunities.
• Renew contracts to protect and grow revenue.
• Maintain regular account contact to align services with accounts.
• Propose solutions for Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, and other services.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and serve as primary escalation point.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations to develop plans.
• Position and sell services across organizational levels including C-level.
• Manage revenue, opportunities, funnels and forecasts.
• Exercise independent judgment in matters of significance.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
