Job summary

Comcast Business in Denver, CO is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to provide strategic account management for a portfolio of mid-market customers. You will drive revenue, renewals and customer satisfaction while coordinating with Sales, Finance and Operations to align on an account strategy.

The role demands a track record of meeting quotas, presenting solutions across levels and managing escalation with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
5–7 years in enterprise sales or account management.
Experience with CRM tools and data-driven selling.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed monthly sales quota through identification and closing of incremental sales and revenue opportunities.
Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams.
Maintain regular account contact to ensure alignment of Comcast Business Services with assigned accounts.
Initiate and deliver proposed solutions for Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet or other Business Class products.
Maintain customer satisfaction and serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations leadership to develop specific account management plans.
Position and sell Comcast Business Class services across multiple levels including C-level and executives.
Manage existing revenue, opportunities, quota, funnels and forecasts aligned with regional goals.
