Mimecast North America, Inc. seeks an Account Manager, Enterprise to own and grow a portfolio of large enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees).

You will drive upsell and cross-sell revenue through strong executive relationships and disciplined pipeline management. You will partner with Customer Success, Support, and sales engineering to expand platform adoption while staying informed on cybersecurity industry trends and competitive dynamics.

Qualificações

• Experience managing large IT or SaaS enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees).
• Ability to build credibility with C-level and senior IT/security stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity industry and IT landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Meet revenue targets for upsell and cross-sell within a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Develop strategic account plans with Partners/Channel Development.
• Build and manage a disciplined pipeline aligned to quotas.
• Maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across accounts.
