• Experience managing large IT or SaaS enterprise accounts with 5,000+ employees.
• Ability to engage C-level and senior IT/security stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity and IT landscape.

• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual upsell and cross-sell targets for enterprise accounts.
• Partner with Channel Development to build multi-year strategic account plans.
• Build and manage a disciplined pipeline aligned to revenue quotas.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across accounts.
• Identify expansion opportunities and sell Mimecast products to drive platform adoption.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecast data in Salesforce with the team.
