Job summary

Mimecast Limited is hiring an Account Manager, Senior Commercial – Hybrid based in Lexington, MA or Remote based in Colorado. You will own a portfolio of Upper Mid-Market customers (1,500-5,000 employees) and drive revenue through upsell and cross-sell while leveraging cloud and cybersecurity expertise.

You will manage a disciplined pipeline, collaborate across teams, and apply Mimecast’s sales methodology to achieve quotas and growth in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of Upper Mid-Market customers (1,500-5,000 employees) and achieving upsell/retention quotas.
• Ability to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and drive incremental revenue.
• Understanding of IT and cybersecurity stack to engage technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual upsell and cross-sell targets across your account portfolio.
• Partner with Partner/Channel Development to build and execute account plans.
• Manage a disciplined pipeline and Salesforce data.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders in existing accounts.
• Identify expansion opportunities and sell Mimecast products into current accounts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to meet business goals.
