Mimecast North America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager, Enterprise to own a portfolio of large enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees) and drive revenue through upsell and cross-sell within the cybersecurity and IT landscape.

You will manage pipeline, build long-term relationships with executives, and coordinate with Success, Support, and channel teams to ensure account health. Experience with MEDDIC, Salesforce, and enterprise sales is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience managing large enterprise IT or SaaS accounts (5,000+ employees) with upsell/retention quotas.
• Ability to build credibility with C-level and senior IT/security stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity/IT landscape and sales processes.

Responsabilidades

• Meet upsell and cross-sell targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Partner with Partner/Channel Development to build multi-year strategic plans.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline and forecast in CRM.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across accounts.
• Identify expansion opportunities and sell Mimecast products to existing customers.
