Comcast Business is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager in Denver to lead strategic account management for a portfolio of mid-market customers. You will develop and execute account plans, drive revenue growth, renew contracts, and coordinate with Sales, Finance and Operations to optimize retention and profitability.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, strong relationship skills, and the ability to engage at C-level and Executive levels.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in enterprise/mid-market account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed monthly sales quota through incremental opportunities.
• Renew contracts to protect and grow revenue streams.
• Maintain regular account contact to align Comcast Business Services with accounts.
• Propose solutions for Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, or other Business Class products.
• Serve as primary escalation point for customer issues.
• Manage sales and service delivery to Enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations to plan accounts and retention.
• Sell Comcast Business Class services at multiple organizational levels.
• Forecast, manage revenue and opportunities consistent with goals.
