Job summary

Samsara, the Connected Operations Cloud company, is seeking a Core AE to help our largest enterprise customers consolidate outdated tech, digitize workflows, and unlock data insights. Typical deals range from $100k to $500k and involve POCs, multi-stakeholder negotiations, and executive engagement.

This remote role is open to candidates in IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, OH, SD, and WI. You will build executive relationships, own engagements end-to-end, and champion Samsara's growth mindset

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
• Proven quota over-achievement in complex accounts with $100k+ ARR transactions.
• Experience handling enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships.
• Willing and comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willing and comfortable traveling to meet customers monthly.

Responsibilities

• Develop Executive-Level relationships within strategic, named accounts.
• Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close.
• Demonstrate excellent solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns.
• Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
