Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the Los Angeles area seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to master SHI’s value proposition and exceed revenue targets by developing strategic sales approaches and cultivating relationships with both existing and new customers.

This role involves identifying sales opportunities, collaborating with internal support teams and external partners, and effectively communicating SHI's comprehensive portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales experience.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within territory.
• Approximately 50% time outside of office environment.
• Willing to travel to SHI, partner and customer events.

Responsibilities

• Master SHI’s value proposition and develop strategies to exceed revenue and profit goals.
• Cultivate relationships with existing customers and establish new ones.
• Identify opportunities in the sales pipeline to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with sales management to manage opportunities and targets.
• Build partnerships with internal and external teams to drive business.
• Understand customer objectives and IT priorities to tailor solutions.
• Position SHI’s products and defend SHI’s value to win new business.
• Foster cross‑department relationships and leverage support resources.
• Build market awareness through local industry events and affiliations.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and market conditions.
