Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI company, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. Build your pipeline, tell the Elastic story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will own a defined territory, leverage MEDDPICC, deliver executive-level presentations, and collaborate across teams to accelerate deals and ensure customer value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise SaaS deals.
• Experience applying MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks.
• Proven ability to deliver executive-level presentations and demos.

Responsibilities

• Own territory and build pipeline with outbound cadence.
• Perform deep discovery and qualification using MEDDPICC.
• Deliver tailored narratives and live demos aligning Elastic capabilities to outcomes.
• Collaborate to build close plans and maintain forecast accuracy.
• Lead negotiations and multi-year consumption commitments.
• Discuss cloud economics and usage-based pricing.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, CSM, Marketing, and RevOps.
