Elastic, the Search AI company, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You will own a defined territory, build your pipeline, tell Elastic's AI story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, technical fluency, and cross-functional collaboration, and is critical to our growth in the Enterprise segment.

Formación

• Proven SaaS quota-carrying success in enterprise deals.
• Expert discovery and qualification using MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks.
• Compelling value storytelling with executive-level presentations and demos.
• Strong negotiation skills closing multi-year, high-ACV contracts.
• Technical and cloud fluency across observability, security, and cloud cost optimization.
• Collaborative mindset, coachability, and alignment with Elastic values.
• Open Source enthusiasm and OSS context experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own your territory and build pipeline with outbound cadence.
• Perform deep discovery and qualification to focus on high-confidence deals.
• Deliver tailored narratives and live demos mapping Elastic capabilities to outcomes.
• Maintain 90% forecast accuracy within 10%.
• Lead executive-level contract and pricing discussions for multi-year commitments.
• Speak fluently about cloud economics and modern data architectures.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.
