Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You will own a defined territory, build your pipeline, tell the Elastic AI story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will develop and execute an outbound cadence, qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC, and deliver tailored value narratives with live demos.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals in SaaS or consumption-based models.
• Ability to apply MEDDPICC or similar frameworks to pipeline management.
• Proven track record delivering executive-level presentations and demos that map to business value.

Responsibilities

• Own territory pipeline through outbound cadence and discovery.
• Perform deep qualification to focus on high-probability deals.
• Deliver tailored narratives and live demos of Elastic's capabilities.
• Collaborate to build formal close plans and maintain forecast accuracy.
• Lead negotiations and close multi-year consumption-based contracts.
