Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue within strategic Enterprise accounts. You will own a defined territory, build your pipeline, tell Elastic's AI story, and close complex deals in a consumption-based model.

The role blends sales execution with technical fluency and cross-functional collaboration, critical to growth in the Enterprise segment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals in SaaS
• Proven use of MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks
• Executive-level presentations tying product to business value
• History closing multi-year, high-ACV contracts with executive buy-in

• Own your territory and build pipeline with proactive outbound efforts
• Conduct deep discovery and qualification to chase high-confidence deals
• Deliver tailored value stories and live demos across Elastic capabilities
• Collaborate to build formal close plans and maintain accurate CRM forecasting

• Communicate cloud economics and pricing models effectively with customers
