Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts in the United States. You will own a defined territory, build your pipeline, tell the Elastic story, and close complex, multistakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals in SaaS or consumption-based models.
• Ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks to drive disciplined pipeline.
• Proven track record delivering executive-level presentations and demos that map product to business value.
• History of landing multi-year, high-ACV contracts while protecting margin and gaining executive buy‑in.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and build pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
• Conduct deep discovery to identify pain, impact, budget, and decision criteria.
• Deliver tailored value narrations and live demos showing Elastic capabilities.
• Lead high-stakes contract and pricing discussions and close multi-year commitments.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
