Elastic, the Search AI company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts in the United States, Washington. You will own a defined territory, build your pipeline, tell the Elastic Search AI story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will develop proactive outbound cadences, perform discovery with MEDDPICC, craft value narratives, and collaborate with Solutions Architects,

Qualifications

• Experience closing enterprise SaaS deals in a consumption-based or usage-model environment.
• Ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks to build disciplined pipeline.
• Strong track record delivering executive-level presentations and high-ACV contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and build pipeline with outbound cadence.
• Perform deep discovery and qualification to identify high-confidence deals.
• Deliver tailored value narratives and live demos mapping Elastic capabilities to ROI.
• Maintain accurate CRM forecasts and collaborate to build formal close plans.
