Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive the Salesforce Customer 360 platform within the Consumer Business Services industries, including Travel, Transportation, Hospitality, and Real Estate. You will build trusted relationships with C-suite and key stakeholders while leading cross-functional teams across the organization.

You’ll align long-term account strategies with customer objectives, coordinate resources across Cloud offerings, and deliver value from Salesforce

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success managing complex, strategic enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to develop and execute long-term account strategies aligned to customer business objectives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
• Strong skills in building and maintaining C-suite relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
• Develop and drive the overall long‑term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
• Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
