Job summary

SHI is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive in Phoenix, AZ to master SHI's value proposition and drive revenue by developing strategic sales approaches and building relationships with existing and new customers.

The role requires residing in the Phoenix area to support business needs, with travel to customer sites and participation in industry events to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience.
• Minimum 50% time outside of an office setting meeting with existing and potential customers.
• Travel to customer sites within dedicated territory and to events.

Responsibilities

• Master SHI's value proposition to exceed revenue and profit goals with penetrating sales strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with existing customers and establish new ones through targeted sales techniques.
• Identify and create opportunities in the sales pipeline to achieve targets and develop business with existing and new customers.
• Collaborate with sales management to identify and manage opportunities to meet targets.
• Build partnerships with internal SHI teams and external partners to drive business and leverage resources.
• Understand customer's objectives and IT priorities to provide tailored solutions.
• Position SHI's portfolio to customers and partners effectively.
• Be aware of competition and showcase SHI's value to win new business.
• Foster cross-department relationships and engage with SHI support teams for opportunities.
• Build market awareness through local/regional events and affiliations.
• Continuously educate oneself on industry trends, products, and market conditions.
