Glean, the Work AI platform, is hiring a Strategic Account Executive to drive new business and expand major enterprise accounts. You will navigate complex orgs, articulate ROI, and build executive relationships to deliver on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of closing experience in sales with a top performer track record.
• Ability to learn, pitch and demonstrate a highly technical product.
• Experience selling to C-level executives in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Source and close net new logos within a territory.
• Navigate complex organizational structures to identify sponsors.
• Research customer objectives and drive a value-based sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure success.
• Deliver ARR targets and develop repeatable sales strategies.
