Job summary

Comcast in Manchester, NH is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Executive for our Commercial Internet, Video and Voice solutions. You will prospect, qualify and close new business, delivering live presentations and building relationships with mid-size to large companies.

You’ll work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, manage sales records and report on activity. Nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related professional experience may be considered.
• 5–7 years of relevant sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates and delivers face-to-face sales presentations to showcase Comcast products and exceed targets.
• Develops sales territory and cultivates local partnerships; generates new leads via cold calling, canvassing, referrals.
• Retains customers by delivering Comcast Credo and ensuring high service levels and follow-up.
• Maintains accurate sales records and prepares activity reports.
• Attends client meetings and demonstrates strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Applies knowledge of network technologies and services to position Comcast offerings.
• Exercises independent judgment and maintains punctual attendance; works nights/weekends as needed.
