Job summary

Comcast is looking for a sales professional to drive Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice solutions to mid-size and large businesses in Massachusetts. You will deliver live presentations, cultivate relationships, and position Comcast as a strategic partner in your territory.

The role requires prospecting, strong communication, and the ability to work with internal teams to meet targets. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates and delivers face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of Comcast products and services.
• Develops sales territory, including cultivation of local partnerships and organizational affiliations; actively generates new leads with targeted businesses.
• Retains customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo and ensuring a superior customer experience; works with internal teams to ensure service levels.
• Maintains accurate and quality sales records and prepares sales and activity reports.
• Attends out-of-office meetings with customers and demonstrates strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
