Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a senior Project Manager to supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering complex engineering and design services on time and within budget.

The role requires 15+ years of engineering and project management experience, with PMP preferred and strong knowledge of project controls and client relations. A BS/MS in engineering is required, along with leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• PMP registration is highly preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Knowledge of project controls tools and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision and technical direction of a team delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Estimate Professional Service man-hours with Engineering Resource Leaders to minimize cost and meet objectives.
• Manage commercial contracts, ensure timely invoicing, CNs, and OER review.
• Track budget, schedule, and quality using project controls tools.
• Validate initial estimates and track changes as projects progress.
• Collaborate with client teams to define project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Lead changes promptly through the Change Notice process; promote a positive culture.
• Coordinate resources and conduct weekly team coordination meetings.
• Review vendor submittals and documentation for compliance with drawings and specs.
