Job summary

The ideal candidate will have up to 10 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid foundation in engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures and company standards.
• Demonstrated proficiency in complex project management and leading a team.
• Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate multi-discipline activities.

Responsibilities

• Managing moderately complex engineering projects from initiation to closeout.
• Overseeing budgets, schedules, and quality to meet performance objectives.
• Processing project changes, invoices, and contract administration.
• Leading the project team and coordinating with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensuring documentation and reporting meet client and company standards.
