Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to lead moderately complex engineering projects. You will coordinate scope, schedule, budget, and quality while guiding a cross-functional team and maintaining client relationships.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor or master’s degree in engineering and up to 10 years of experience, with PE and/or PMP preferred. The role involves extensive collaboration across engineering disciplines and project controls to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university is preferred.
• Certification: Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred.
• Experience: up to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project management for moderately complex engineering projects to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and quality.
• Manage commercial contracts on multiple projects; ensure timely invoicing and proper change control processes.
• Maintain control of scope, budget, schedule and quality; utilize project controls tools and reporting.
