Job summary

Hargrove Engineers is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide strategic leadership for engineering and design teams delivering complex projects. You will oversee scope, cost, schedule, and quality, ensuring alignment with client goals and corporate procedures.

The role requires 15+ years in engineering project management, PE and/or PMP preferred, and strong proficiency in coordinating multi-discipline teams using standard project controls tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university is preferred.
• Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and technical direction over a team of engineers and designers delivering projects on time, within budget and quality expectations.
• Manage commercial contracts on multiple projects and ensure timely invoicing and processing of project change notices.
• Maintain control of projects by tracking budget, schedule commitments, and quality; review submittals, drawings, and vendor documentation for compliance.
• Lead development of technical, cost, scheduling and performance decisions, and align schedule and budget with client requirements.
• Coordinate resources and communicate plan across team, leadership, and client; conduct weekly team coordination meetings.
